The supply of Guérande Salt and Fleur de Sel de Guérande is thus obtained from independent Salt producers carefully selected by Etablissements Bourdic. Once the Guérande Sea Salt has been manually collected by Salt workers, it is delivered to be stored in the 14th century listed monument salorge used to store Guérandela Old Cathedral Salt before being packaged at our factory in Batz on the sea.
